At KJ Art, our dedication is to make every performance special, memorable, and smooth. Here are some key details to note for a successful collaboration:

Timely Arrival: To set the mood right from the start, our artists will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their scheduled performance. This allows adequate time for setup and ensures punctuality.

Parking Considerations: Given the nature of our work, our artists come with equipment and props that can be cumbersome. Therefore, we kindly request that our clients provide suitable parking arrangements for smooth unloading and reloading.

Payment Flexibility: To accommodate our diverse clientele, we accept a wide variety of payment methods including Cash, PayPal, Square, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cashier's Checks (addressed to KJ ART LLC). For securing your booking, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost is required.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Clients can cancel their performance up to 48 hours prior for any reason. While the deposit will be forfeited, rescheduling is an option. A nominal fee of $25 is charged for rescheduling, ensuring your deposit's credit remains. For any cancellation made within the 48-hour window, full payment is expected.

Setting up the Artist Space: For our face painters, clients are expected to provide a shaded area or canopy. Additionally, a 6ft table and two chairs should be available.

Safety and Adjustments: The safety and well-being of our artists and the audience remain paramount. Should our artist deem a condition unsafe upon arrival, both parties will work in good faith to make suitable adjustments. If conditions are still deemed unsafe and the performance cannot proceed, the client is still responsible for full payment. Conversely, if the artist has to cancel for personal reasons, they will not seek compensation and will put in effort to provide a replacement performer, if the client wishes.
